A tough morning of boot camp this morning saw the cats turn the dogs into puppys on the car war. The general couldn't amke a difference to the outcome and the punihsment was harsh and fair. The dogs made a greta comeback though with Santas sled and turned the cats into pussies and they pulled Sants far further in his sled and watced the cat punishment happily. Fun, Fitness and Fat loss was accomplished yet again and congrats to Dean Carlson for losing over 15 kgs since starting boot camp inlcuding 7 this camp so far! Awesome!
